Rustler took over property management of "TECHNOPARK" office building |
 On January 1, 2012 our company took over management of "Technopark" office building, Pekařská ulice, Prague 5, 9.000m2
The Pekařská Technology Park building is in the western half of Prague, on the boundary between Prague 5 and Prague 13 districts. It is the latest building erected in the belt of commercial buildings situated between the future high-speed road, with its adjoining embankment by Bucharova street, and the Vidoule residential district. Two courtyard cubes are as if cut out of the prism of the office building. The ground floor contains a communal canteen. Below ground there are communal garages, storerooms and technical spaces.
